Truthful Pros/Cons

Pros: Nice spacious apt, staff usually pretty friendly, but be careful when turning in your rent checks or notices, they tend to lose them and blame you for not turning them in. Maintanence is pretty friendly and knowledged, however at times when you complain to the office to fix something, they blame the maintanence for not fixing in time, when in reality the office staff never wrote up a work order.
I have been living here for 2 years now and my rent went up the first time i renewed by only $15 but the next time I had to renew it when up from $850 to literally $970 plus I was already paying separate for the garage, so in other words look forward to renew but only once, I guess they think if they increase your rent only by a little the first time, the secoond you'll bite on b/c now you are used to the "luxury living" so they call it. I am moving out b/c I ran into more cons than pros, but I have to admit the living space and inside apt amenties where great while they were working compared to other apt homes. I would not recommend, but if you chose to sign a lease here ask all your questions upfront. Also, the upstairs fitness TV has not worked since I have been here and I asked the atleast 3 times to fix or replace the TV and they still haven't. Make sure all the amenities they are showing you work...also like the business center printers have never worked when I tried to use the computer and print. Good Luck
