Very Very Expensive Move-Out

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Upon moving out, we received a notice indicating we would not receive a refund of our deposit. In addition, we were forced to pay over $1500 for miscellaneous cleaning and repairs.

Be aware of this when you are thinking about leasing at this complex!
