PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!
Years at this apartment: TOO LONG

1.) I have never dealt with an incompetent management/leasing staff like this. They are liars and are very unwilling to help residents with their complaints. I will say that Casey and Matthew (leasing agents) are very nice individuals.

2.) The floors are VERY thin. If for some reason, you decide to move here, I suggest you select a unit without an upstairs neighbor (or at least one who is not 300 lbs like mine). I cannot tell you how many sleepless nights I have had since I moved here.

3.) My unit is not sealed properly, so I ALWAYS have insects and lizards in my apartment. I had to get my place exterminated by myself since the management staff would not do it.

4.) As for the rodent problem, I would not doubt it. While I have not seen any rodents inside my apartment itself, I found a dead mouse in my garage.

5.) Did I mention that the floors are VERY thin (especially if you have an overweight upstairs neighbor who appears to have a problem sitting still)'

The floorplan I have is very beautiful, but the price, problems with the useless staff and the noise significantly overshadow the beauty of this place.

I repeat, DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

My upstairs neighbor is so annoying, he thumps all day long ...i understand when you walk, but he thuders the whole of his apartment aswell as mine... his dog barks out of the window at all hours of the day ... its annying ... i also have a small baby and she wakes up all the time when he bangs and thuds on the floor ... even better he has his 2 dogs running around his apartment at night as he doesnt take them outside and its annoying to hear thumping sounds, aswell as annoying dogs barking out the window even at 9pm at night!!!
