HORRIBLE....LIARS

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I have lived here for 4 months ... i was told we are NOT allowed to leave trash out if it is not a trash day otherwise we are charged a fine....well guess what people always leave trash out no matter what the day is ... i complained first few times...guess what they didnt do anything about it...
where is the courtesy gone ... they are damn right liars and very unhelful and rude... my lease is for 14 months, so i still have another 10 months of this...
parking is ridiculous...people are always parking in my carport they dont do anything when we complain...we end up calling the towing company with our money ... please DONT move in here......
i have a school student living above me and constantly thumping ... also has 2 dogs... constantly making noise... disturbs my daughter ... i called management they of course wouldnt do anything
i hate having my apartment outside the dog park...we face the dog park and it stinks and is very noisy...
