The worst part of living at Villa Miranda was the incompetent staff. They have poor communication between each other, as well as with residents. My experience began when I moved into an apartment that wasn't what I had been promised and still was not ready for me to move into ... it hadn't even been cleaned.

The noise was unacceptable, parking was difficult and maintenance was scarce. Upon my lease completion and move out, management decided they never received my written notice to vacate. They lost the typed letter, but they did remember discussing my move with me several times. Regardless of their mistake, they refused to take responsibility and are trying to make me pay hundreds of dollars.

I had to hire a lawyer to take care of this horrific issue ... don't fallvictim to Villa Miranda!!!
