First of all, I can say that the apartment grounds are well kept, and my neighbors are great. The apartments are nice. But don't let that fool you!!!

The staff/management is horrible at communicating things. MAKE SURE YOU GET EVERYTHING THEY SAY IN BLACK AND WHITE AND ON PAPER if it has anything to do with money. Apartment/Gate Key returns, Garage/Parking space returns, Rental rate, etc...In the end they will try to screw you with saying they owe you no money or that you owe more. Very deceitful practices with tenants. They staff members will do anything to keep/take your money.

PARKING IS A HUUUUGE NIGHTMARE!!!!! Unless you do own a covered spot or garage, open parking is scarce and you will have to walk a good distance if you can't find a parking spot close to your building.

I've lived n numerous apartments in the Valley ranch/Las cOlinas Area over the last 8 years and this one is by far has the worst management and parking of any of the apartments in which I have lived. I have never had to leave feedback of any kind for any apartment, let alone negative feedback for this apartment. It's a shame, Villa Miranda used to be a good place to live, it's just management companies like this ruin it for the area. AVOID THIS PLACE, NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE DEAL IS!!!!
