After living at Villa Miranda since summer 2004, I've had a good (but not great) experience. However, recently Steven D. Bell company took over management of the apartment complex. Since this has happened, I've had ridiculous problems with renewing my lease and getting people to simply call me back. I spent a month trying to renew my lease - which I thought would be easy because I would give them more money. After which, I spent another month trying to get a copy of the lease I just signed. How many messages does it take before the office calls you back' I'm not sure, but I'm at over 10 in two months and still don't hear back often. uWDgQKY3Vkv8FKIsB8Ax

these are the same experiences that I have had here, it is sad that they write stuff down, yet they forget to follow-up on anything with you.
