My husband and I moved in during the Christmas season of '07. We were told we could get in 2 days before we had to be out of the other, but they changed their minds and we had to move our whole lives in one night (the 22nd of December, no less). Office staff is either slow, rude, condescending, incompetent or lazy. This all depends on which person you get and what day it is. It could also end up any combonation of the above! Parking is horrible! We were told when we signed our lease that we could rent a port for $30/mo, but we "really don't need to. There's always parking available and renting is just extra money." Turns out, there's NOT always parking. There's usually not parking. People have to park across the street and walk or in a fire lane and hope not to get a ticket. The billing system is not good. We've had a check go through on one day and then get a balance notice a week later. The water/sewage/trash bill is mailed, so we tend to get it on the 1st of the month. sometimes after. We pay rent before the first, usually, then we have the water to pay days later. Fortunately, they don't charge late fees for the water bill! The grounds are nice. Lots of doggie poopie, though. The gates are frequently broken and when they are, they stay that way for days or weeks. Our shower curtain rod, towel bar and microwave all broke in the same day. That was odd. I do have to admit, we got an AMAZING deal on the price, though!

I'm leaving the original post for everyone to see the difference. Since posting, many thing have changed. It seems that the different people we were seeing in the office were temps. The management in the past several months has been nothing but helpful and kind! our water bill now arrives in our mail a few days or even a week before the 1st of the month. We recently went on vacation during the first part of the month and forgot to pay the rent before and after we returned. I remembered when I came home to a vacate notice. I took it to the office and they added up our late fees and allowed us to pay that day and all was taken care of! There's still a lot of doggie poopies, but management is cracking down on that and on people who put their trash out on non-trash days. I love that! Parking is still a problem since we have one carport and 2 cars, but again, management is cracking down. They're making sure that folks aren't using their garages for storage and then taking up the precious few parking spaces. I do love this place and we did get an amazing deal on price! And with all the newfoud good, I regualarly recommend this place to others!
