From day one my b/f and I have had problems. We came to sign the lease and it was not ready - the guy claimed to have no idea what we were talking about - 1st clue. We agreed on a moving day and when we arrived the Sunday afternoon the lady at the office claims she did not recall we were gonna move in and we had to pay more- anyway the management settled it and we did not have to pay the charge. On moving in I found that the oven wasn't working - they fixed it-- great. Then one evening the ceiling began leaking significantly-- so much so we had to use towels to dry it all up. They claimed they fixed it, however 6 mths later when it rains it leaks. We have also had the fridge break and the microwave break --- I doubt that they checked the apartment after the last person moved out. All in all it is a pretty safe complex, the management is sometimish. The girls in the office are just that, girls, don't expect much from them and you won't be dissappointed. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
