I JUST MOVED TO VILLA MIDANDA A MONTH AGO AND I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE IT. BRITTANY HELPED MY TRANSITION FROM GEORGIA MUCH EASIER AND PLEASANT. FOR THIS BEING SUCH A BIG COMPLEX, THE GROUNDS ARE ALWAYS CLEAN, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF A FEW PEOPLE THAT PUT THIER TRASH OUT ON DAYS THAT ARE NOT TRASH PICK UP DAYS. EVERY TIME I AM IN THE OFFICE, THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WITH WHATEVER I NEED. ALL IN ALL, I WOULD DEFINATLEY RECOMEND VILLA MIRANDA AS A PLACE TO CALL HOME. I WON'T BE MOVING UNTIL I FIND A HOUSE OR UNLESS MY JOB TRANSFERS ME AGAIN.

Wow the complex is really pushing for these new tenets to post positive reviews. Lets see what you think after your year lease is ready to be renewed.

Man someone has lots of time on hand and is getting perks by bragging about Villa Miranda...Please let me know what I have to do to get those BROWNIE POINTS.....

WOW.... I am not the owner of this post however I am for "Nice Place" and no one is pushing tenants to write post. I have lived several places and I ALWAYS POST MY EXPERIENCE. I honestly check out the apartment ratings before I go to look at the property. Sorry that your stay here is bad... but question to self... If I didn't like my apts why would I renew my lease and complain about it, lol???? Just wondering!
