The place use to have decent people working in the main office. Now no one has a clue to what's going on. Parking is such a hassle that if you don't pay the outrageous covered parking fees. you would be going in circles to find a parking spot for good 20 minutes if you arrive to your apartment after 5:30 p.m. unless you are the ones that paid $85 for garage or $65.00 for covered parking than you feel very fortunate. Try inviting friends over the weekends and you might as well start a bus service cause if you have more than six cars coming to your apartment good luck entertaining your guests cause they will go home before the party starts. (NO PARKING-I THINK I MENTIONED THAT). If you have a problem in your apartment, it takes 3-5 business days and if you have a major problem it takes 3-5 business weeks for them to get it to fix. They are more concerned on the aesthetics of the apartment community rather than the tenants.

It's a good place until you face the hassle and no one does anything. if you can ignore all the hassle than you might have arrived at your perfect home.

Well I do agree that parking is a BIG HASSLE, however Villa Miranda has great features and offer alot for a GREAT PRICE, so paying for a assigned parking area doesn't bother me at all. As far as the service, I put in an order via internet website and it was complete the VERY NEXT DAY and it was a minor issue. I believe you need to be a little bit understanding as Villa Miranda is a HUGE property and not a small community. I hope your stay is pleasant here on out.

Parking isn't as expensive as listed but can still be annoying. I agree it is a hassle to get requests/paperwork done but also agree that a request via the website seems to be completed quickly. - lived here 5 years

Yea the first comment was a plant. I put in a work order on the internet and surprise THEY NEVER GOT IT. To bad for me basically is their reply. Don't promote it if it doesnt work. I to lived there for more than 4 years.
