I was about to rent an apartment here...and the leasing lady started making comments about asians...she said..."These asians just get on my nerves"

When we went outside...a young asian girl had accidently bumped my car. Damage did occure and she was very nice and the problem was resolved...BUT....the leasing staff member came outside and said "See, I told you about those asians."

The worse part is...I am bi-racial!!!!!!! I can't imagine what she says about ------ or other minorites...

I didn't lease this apartment bc of her! I can't believe people even still think like that!!!!!!!!

So if any Asians are thinking of moving here...think again. If she said that to a total stranger....i know she made that comment to the manger or other staffmembers...and they didnt' fire her.....so don't expect excellent service!

I've been at this property since 2004 and management has improved recently. I haven't ever noticed any racist issues but not exactly in a position to notice since I don't spend all day in the leasing office. Um, majority of their maintenance crew is hispanic.

Hi Tracy, Can we please have maintenance personnel wear some sort of coverlet over their shoes. They show up in a group of 2-3 people and trample all over the carpet. I have a 10 month old at home that likes to crawl around. Every time maintenance shows up I have to spend 30 - 45 minutes cleaning my carpet. I tried to tell them that, but most of them don't understand english.

My roommate and I are both Asian girls, and we were considering this place until we read this review! I AM APPALLED. We are still going to look at it though, so I hope this is not going to reflect in the management.
