I've lived at Village Square for 2 yrs. Have always paid my rent and kept my place clean. There were a lot of kids in that complex that would vandalize the breezeways with chalk, food and garbage litter. The noise was also very annoying. Maintenance staff was never reliable - every time I turned around, there was a new maintenance crew. The manager Tamara was a real witch. I would clean the breezeways and get a notice of lease violation because I left the broom outside. I had problems with the AC, windows leaking storm, hole in my front door, maintenance people leaving nails outside my door, roaches, etc. I finally had enough and left. Of course, on my credit report there were a lot trumped up charges that were utterly ridiculous. If you lived here before, a word to the wise..Check your credit report right away. I'm in the process of suing.
