i moved in on impluse, i know my fault. i only had 2 hours and i needed something fast. i regret it so much!!!! the gates are broken all the time. too many drunks. painting chippings and brown leakings on my ceiling. the manager jeanette and her possy are not attentive at all!!! it took the maintenence a week to fix mt toliet!!! i was so upset i had to threaten them that i wasn goping to call housing and tell them the health harzard it was causing!!! what is great you can throw a loud party and no one will call the cops. big WOW!!! also the main gate is open but only one exit is open. there are two and im about to move it and it still isnt fixed. the manager doesnt like to pay overtime to the maintenence so that might be why they are doing a crappy job but they are rat you out if you have an animal!!! we were also screwed out of money b/c i was suppose to have a fireplace and balcony/ i pay the max for a one bedroom and dont have nothing ot show for it. when i asked to mave to an apt with a patio or firplace i was going to have to renew my lease. i would never to business with raamco company!!! they treat there guest like poop and i would rather live on webb chapel!!! i wouldnt rent here but that is just me.

I would like to start off by saying that Village Square Is the #1 property in this area. There occupancy is the highest along with there leasing. I've been around for 3 yrs now and have had no problem. People like this must have had a bad life already to take out there frustration on the community. Another thing is that both exit gates are working and have been since the end of January. The maint. staff is AWESOME!! They always fix what ever is wrong and the manager Jeannette is GREAT!!! Since she has been here, she has cleaned this place up alot. Now, in my opinion the person who posted this comment just wanted to get away with everything. If you have a pet, then pay the pet deposit quit trying to bend the rules. And if you are like others then you would have seen your apartment before you signed the lease and if not then that is your bad not the office. Plus rules are rules no matter where you go. If you weren't happy here then you will never be happy anywhere. My suggestion to you is buy your own place and leave the apartment communities alone!!! Village Square is a very calm and nice place to stay.
