I've been here for 3 years. The office staff are friendly to me, the maintenace is always on time. The main problem here is cockroach. I know it's not in a decent area with good neighborhood. But to my experience, nothing really bothered me a lot. I have to say, compare to the price that you pay, it's not a bad place to live.
