All the good ratings about these apartments are fake!! The manager posts all the good ratings to save her azz.These apartments are not a good place to live people cars and houses get broken into,the roaches are bad and you won't get any respect from the office staff or the manager unless you sleep with her like Mauricio(the leasing guy that works there) she is an unprofessional ghetto azz b**ch that will overcharge you for everything not to mention you have to pay an admin fee when you move in just to get more money out of you.Now the maintainace staff is pretty good but overall I wouldn't recommend these apartments to a stray dog. Don't believe any of the good postings that's just the manager believe me I know

It looks like you are just HATING. If you feel so strong about your comments then why don't you tell who you are and back up your story. And would it be that who ever you are is just retaliating because you no longer work for the company and YOU got turned down by somebody YOU where trying to sleep with? It's a shame that you are making a fool of yourself. And please by all means again let us know who you are if you are so confident about what you say is TRUE, or is it?

People like this is what makes the Apartments look bad. It seems to me that the person that posted this first has no LIFE and tends to forget that this is suppose to be about the apartment not YOUR personal life. All I can say is get a LIFE and by the way, I know the manager and she is not what you try to make her out to be and I thing Sheng Raamco did the BEST thing by letting you go because you where NOTHING BUT TROUBLE!!!!
