This place looks nice from the outside. The actual apartment is ok there are many problems with roaches. My two big problems that I have with this apartments is the maintenance and the staff. The maintenance totally sucks and the staff do not show professionalism. You have to tell them of a problem like two to three times before they try to do something with about 2 weeks in between. I say this because it happened to me and to three other tenants, that I know of. The construction is not so well either. They are so nice and polite when you check out the apts. of course, they just want your money but then they are the totally opposite. I can not wait till my lease is over.
