Villa's At Beaver Creek Apt

Consider somewhere else. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/14/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   If I knew before what I know now, I would have never rented at Villas of Beaver Creek. The management does not seem to care what kinds of hardships the residents must endure as a result of problems with the property. These problems including having my apartment flood several times due to leaks in the roof. And while they were attempting to repair the damage done by the inch of water that filled my apartment, I had to literally climb over all the furniture that was move from the flooded area into my din. All they really seem to care about is the rent they collect each month. They will try to convince everyone that they care by fixing up the place from time to time but this is only so that they can convince prospective clients to consider living here. Anonymous
