noise, ants, bad maintainance, uncaring management. A wonderful place all around.

First of all the construction in this place is awful. If you absolutely must live here, choose a top floor apartment or you will hear every footstep, loud argument, crying baby and every bodily function imaginable from the people upstairs.
Eveything breaks all the time and we have had water pouring into our place multiple times from the shower upstairs. After coming out 4 times to fix it, they finally did. At least we gave them permission to enter those times, most of the time they just enter and "fix" things without telling you. They just leave a note behind letting you know they were there as if that does any good.
Try to complain to management and they don't do a thing. I have no problem with Michael as some others do and I find Stacey very helpful but they can do little to change the place as they are just leasing agents. The people with the power to change things either refuse to because they don't believe you or they just don't care.
Finally, this place has ants everywhere. I don't care about the hundreds of mounds outside on the grounds but I am talking in my kitchen, my bedroom, my closet, my bathroom, everywhere. Many times I have been sitting at work and I find an ant crawling on my shirt.
This place has it all!
