Villa's At Beaver Creek Apt

So far so bad! This is the worst Apartment I have ever seen. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/31/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   Apartment's outward look is great. I loved this apartment until the water leaks from the sealing and sewer problems started. So far, every month we had a major problem. Manager is a shame. Management is a big disgrace. They never cleaned the apartment in the first place, there was mold everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves. In the middle of the night, you can notice when your upstairs neighbor turned the water tap or flushed the toilet. There will be a big noise. If you are sensitive sleeper, forget about this apartment.
