They are very old apartments as you can tell by the fifteen thousand layers of paint on the wall but the staff is very friendly. Many things have broken since I've been here (including the ac) and all have been fixed that day (except the ac, they put a new unit in the next day.) The grounds are kept very clean and all the tenants I've meant are friendly. I have never had a problem with pests except finding ad fliers on my door all the time. I'm a college student on a budget and living in a 2 bdr apt, so the price is decent and its nice to have the extra space. 98% of the time its very quite. Its not Beverly Hills, but I have no complaints.

yeah I'm in school myself, with money and all I know it's a big budget.But I would rather spend that extra money instead of paying every month and thing's aren't going anywhere good. Reading all the reviews it seems this place isn't going anywhere worth mentioning.
