These apts. are crap. I don't recomend for anyone to move here. I have composed a list of all the flaws:
1. The management is rediculous. The manager, JD is prejudice and racist. I am white, and not just talking crap.
2. The maitenence is horrible. I have owned a fualty stove for all of the 7 years I have misserably lived in the Vineyards. They have TRIED to fix it several times now and haven't yet conquered the simple task..... why don't the just replace the thing, isn't that the obvious solution'
3. Who ever said this place was safe is lying. Gun shots ring all the time, and the students from the middle school are in the apartments fighting daily, which isn't that bad....... but it gets very annoying.
4. I have seen raw sewage coming up from the ground hundreds of times. Literally. It makes the complex stink, and never fails to make me dry heave...... its realy gross!
5. Ive personalyy seen the walls coming apart before my eyes. The doors dont always shut correctly.

this place absolutely sux. JD is a preditor. Maintanence is a total joke. pool is unusable 90% of the time. washers and dryers are not kept up because they want us to rent their crap...more crap they wont keep up.

wow that's so crazy! I saw the ad in the apartment guide. Yeah, just looking at the pictures it looms old and owrn out. (no offense, to those that live there.)They said they have astackable w/d connection with a loft and all. I was trying to get pictures but they didn't ahve any. I wanted to see around it esp. the lofts. Thanks for the reviews! I was actually about to rent with them! thanks again!
