when wendy wagoner was managing the property she had the back buildings of the property infested with skunks & the chemicals that were used to kill the smell were very unhealthy yet she allowed tenants to move in before apartments had time to properly ventilate. ants never go away no matter what on 1st floor apartments. there were many people that suffered through having no air conditioning all through out the summers. why air conditioners could not be fixed was an irritant to many & legal actions ensued. the management's response' they just got drunk every night & drove the golf carts all over the property past midnight yelling & screaming like drunken lunatics. while wendy wagoner was married, she insisted on having many residents as sexual partners. she used personal vendettas to evict certain residents. be very leery of who is managing vista pointe because you will have to deal with management frequently while living there since the property has so many manufacturing flaws. the houses that broder the property are still taking legal action against this community with viscious fervor since sewage & waste water is poured into their backyards by the vista point property. just don'tlive on the back side of the property & have good legal representaion before moving in if you insist on living there. it is also fun to watch the drunk cowboys that live there parking their cars in strange places. is a fun place to live but bring your sense of humor & don't stay over 6 months. your sanity won't allow it.
