I have complained repeatedly about my upstairs neighbors. I have written letters, called, gone to the front office. I complained the day I moved in. Security officer has been called, so have the police and still the noise goes on. I am leaving this place, I cannot take the noise anymore, screaming, stomping, banging. Promises were broken over and over again when management indicated they would evict the noisemakers but even tonight they are still upstairs running and stomping. Banging on the ceiling does no good, they just bang back. I feel like I am in a war zone and paying nearly $1000 a month to be treated like dirt for the past few months. Construction must be bad or something for the between the floors layer or they are just some loud people.

On a positive note it's a beautiful apartment and repairs are done very timely. I have had no luck getting assistance from management with neighbor problems.
