Looks Decent from my Vista Point

Here's the scoop. I've lived in these apartments almost two years and I can tell you it's been an above average living experience. I actually got a really good deal on my lease and every time it comes time to renewal, I can't resist the $5 increase in rent. The things you need to know is that the apartments are the many things that need to fixed or upgraded. Let's begin with the property.
1. Color of the complex is horrid.
2. The "SECURITY" gate never works.
3. Landscape is in below average shape.
4. Paved walkways and drive ways always have grimy water on them.
5. Major drainage issues.
6. Plumbing needs to be upgraded.
7. Appliances need to be upgraded.
8. Cable TV is contracted out by Grande Communications. I've had issues with them and Advantex Communications (previous provider) since I've been here. Since I don't live in the idea spot for satellite, I'm stuck with over-priced cable and DSL.
Things I like:
1. Rent
2. Location
3. Garage
4. I've had 1 Service Request and they fixed it with a sense of urgency. This is with the current staff. The new maintenance guy went above and beyond when he worked on my A/C issue.
If it wasn't for the Cable fiasco, I wouldn't be looking to move. I just extended my lease for 6 months, so it can't be that bad.
