If you have BP never face a customer support person.
If you complain that sheet rock is falling apart (which you will end up doing) they will frown and say your house is much better compared to other houses in complex.
Water bill has raised from around $20 a month to $60 a month. When I asked reason they said it is because of huricanes in Gulf ( I was glad as they did not say because of floods in west cost or Tsunami). They don't have a meter for house the bill is distributed to all residents. It looks they have lot of leaks in their plumbing (you can see them fixing all the time). Biling is contracted to a different company . So they are not answerable and don't answer any further questions.
If you have fun playing with killing machines (you need some to kill the rats, cockroaches ,ants, lizards, I can not name all the bugs)You can have lot of fun.

There are no rats, lizards, or roaches at vista pointe. this person seems like she has issues. i have never heard anyone talk about any of these things she is talking about. Come to vista pointe to see for yourself. The water is allocated which means it is based on occupants, square footage, and usage. The woman must have a house full of people. crazy lady!!!!

Actually, there are lots of bugs. When I moved in I had to have the pest people spray 4 times in the first 2 months. That is something that should have been done before a resident moves in, not after. So needless to say I had a great first impression. The water bills there are rediculous too. I never had a water bill under $60. My actual water usage should have cost less than $10(its actually $6 a month now with an individual meter at my apartment.) Everyone in that apartment complex is paying for the sprinklers watering the streets, broken plumbing, sprinklers with broken heads shooting water 20 feet in the air all night(I lived on the 2nd floor and water would hit the top of my living room window.) My kitchen floor was so caved in and unlevel the dishwasher was unusable since it would spill water out onto the floor if turned on. 2 of the bedroom doors would not shut, and if forced shut, you would spend 20 minutes trying to get out. The patio door was stuck shut. There are cracks all the way up the walls from where the building looks like it is falling apart(they just paint over these, no reason to fix the real problem right?) Maintnance is a hell of a lot more helpful than the people in the office, those guys have to work pretty dam hard to keep this place running.
