Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
I will not be renewing my lease here. The rent is great as well as the location and staff. My problems are the brown spots on my wall that have not been repaired. My A/C leaks into my tub still after they fixed it. I was told that it is supposed to do that. My closet has been flooded as well as my bathroom. Paint job is bad, my door sticks, my vent in my room faces the wall and I can not move it so it is always hot in my room. Also I pay over on my water bill every month and I have never seen a credit to my bill but when I was short by 46 cents I had a notice on my door. (Lesson learned)
