Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
Lived here a year- tried to get out of lease early, but staff not helpfull. I like the overall layout, but things just fall appart, cheap tiles on the floors in the bathroom and kitched always come up and leaks in roof when in rains (huge spots now). Smoke from the smoker below me drives me nuts too.
