Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartments themselves are not to bad but everything else is. I have had to deal with cockroaches in the apartment, lighting outside of the apartment always being out, the owners wanting to come in every month it seems like and also the pipes are made out of pvc piping and smell terrible. Rent at your own risk.
