Well If Water Isn't Something You Need This Is The Place For You

I have lived here for almost a year and the water has been turned off to my building 4 times for hours at a time. Parking is an issue, if you have guest forget it. They don't maintain pools as clean as they should. Dog ---- all over grass areas, they do not enforce owners cleaning up after pets.
