Management is inept.
A couple of the staff employees are okay, but if you need to speak to the Manager (for any reason), forget about it. The current Manager is rude and speaks before she knows the facts, she thinks she knows everything. She acts like you are renting a high-class apartment, while it's okay, it is far from perfect or high-class. We have no idea how she became a Manager. Our best guess is she must be related to someone.

Oh how funny!!!! I am calling the managers boss today to make a complaint on her. I thought maybe it was just me that couldn't get along w/ her but I see it's not. You made my day! Ms. Sarah is the managers name! She speaks to you like you are ignorant and don't understand life!

SHe is gone! There is a new manager now =) Her name is Kelly and there is a new assistant named Meredith!!!! So problems solve!YAY

INEPT??? DO ANY OF YOU KNOW THE MEANING OF BEING PATIENT? THE NEW MGMT IM POSITIVE IS A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN WHAT YOURE USED TO. THINK ABOUT IT.....HOW HARD DO YOU THINK IT MAY BE TO PLEASE HUNDREDS OF TENANTS WHEN ITS A 1:300 RATIO. THINGS TAKE TIME AND FOR THE AMOUNT OF WORK WITH PEOPLE MOVING OUT AND MOVING IN, THERE IS A LOT OF WORK TO BE DONE. UNLESS YOU WANNA STRAP A TOOL BELT ACROSS YOUR WAIST AND HELP GET IT DONE QUICKER, THEN JUST CHILL AND LET THEM DO THEIR JOBS.
