Definitely not the nicest place to rent

I now know why I received such a great price for my lease here...and it's not because I got a great deal! The apartments are poorly constructed(i.e. uneven floors in the living room, kitchen, etc; bathroom tub/shower was not completely filled in; hot water tank had a slow leak; insects kept coming in from outside, etc.) Also, I keep my apartment between 77-80 degrees in the summer and due to very poor insulation, my electric bill was $250 every month from May-Sept...and this is for a one bedroom! Finally, the management here are definitely the most unfriendly I have ever dealt with in my 5 years of renting in Dallas. It became very clear from early on that they were focused on one thing...money. The idea of customer service seems foreign to this group. I can say that it will be a great day when I finally give back my keys and move into a better community.
