WOULD NOT RECOMMEND From: blastdiaz@netscape.net Date posted: 10/25/2003 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   The problems I encountered with the staff are many but the most visible one, is the fact that the Ensenada team doesn't wait a second to send threatening letters to their residents for just any particular reason. The rude, offensive and aggressive approach that they use is not reflective of professionals and does not stand to the respectful treatment we as residents Demand and Deserve, I am very disappointed of the fact that after so many months of a business relationship, I continue to received a treatment as if I was a thief or irresponsible individual, again always questioning the integrity of their residents. I am witness to many cases where neighbors were involved, the No-Notice maintenance visits, How just anyone is let into MY living space without notification Overall Not Recommended
