Safety and maintenance are major concerns From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/18/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The Good: Apartments are majorly renovated. Appliances are new and work great. No noise and a quiet area. The Bad: I've lived there for last 5 months and everymonth, I receive a note on my door about intrusion, foreced entery and robbery. That makes it really scary. No fence around the property. Maintenance guys also take a long time to come and sometime never turn up. The fixture in my kitchen broke off automaticall and the maintenance guys showed up after 3-4 calls. He says he needs to get a new fixture, but never turned up. There are caterpilars, bees outside and cokroaches in the house. Pest control rarely comes after you put several calls for it.
