I drove through the complex a few times before I moved here and was conviced. I now know that I cant go based off that. Yes the apts take housing, and it shows. As soon as school lets out you can be prepared to see fights, basketballs being thrown over your car (while you're driving), profanity beyond belief, snakes, hares, toads, did I mention huge snakes' I live near the candy house so you can imagine the traffic of yelling and running kids along with the candy wrappers. I tried to make love to my girlfriend one day and my downstairs neighbor heard the entire thing and I wasnt even loud. That didnt stop her from beating on my floor with her broom. The office owed me two hundred dollars due to over pay and it took them three mths and about thirty phone calls later to return it to me. I did renew my lease bc it's what I can afford right now but I am so out of here next year! I do not recommend these apartments to anyone/

This is not true. There may have been problems in the past, however, I must say there has been a huge turn around at this community. You see he posted this info anonymously. I am his downstairs neighbor and you were loud!!!

Huge turn around? Are you blind? I live there as well and I haven't seen a "huge turn around " anywhere in that community. And I completely understand him about the broom thing because my neighbors below me sound as if they are in the nxt room. But here is my respone to your huge turn around- just yesterday I was sleep and woke up about 30mins later to a fight from all these wana be thug kids crashing into the outer wall of my apartment. This sent one kid to the hospital and 1 or two were arrested. I tried parking my own car in front of my building and got yelled at by these ignorant girls who couldn't have been older than 17 because they were walking in the street and apparently thought I didn't have the right to park in the open space near them. My car has been scraped bruised and battered by all the little kids riding their bikes unsupervised -going in and out of cars on the lot. The profanity here is horrible. My mother came to visit and could no believe the stuff coming out of this little girls mouth. There's some drugy old man walking aroung begging for money. Multiple apartment break ins- a red car was even stolen barely a month ago. So as far as your "huge turn around" goes maybe yesterday wasn't so bad but the entire 2yrs iv been here its been hell. I am embarrassed for this comminity. I plan on moving at the end of my 6mnth term this yr. I cannot take this place any longer.

hey, i really want to know if it is worth to move in this affordable apt....coz i heard they just had a new management a month ago....did it change? the office told me that they are about to put a front gate....I just want to make sure that they didnt lie to me....they said they are trying to get the bad people move out from this apartment. Your response is highly appreicated! I am a single mum with a 4yrs old kid. I do want to have a safety and afforable place to live. what do u think? pls let me know
