I have been living here for 6 months and my experience has been 20% good and 80% bad.
I live on the second floor and the ANTS are out of this world. I have complained several times nothing has happened. The last time I told Rita, the head manager, she told me to buy some Raid for ants and she would reimburse me. I think I it is crazy that they do not have anything that will get rid of these DAMN ants. The damn things are eating up my three year old baby and I am getting very upset. I haven't seen any roachs around, but roommate said she sees one every now and then. Also, when we first moveed in there was problem after problem. Rita and her ass. manager had communication problems so we did not get the downstairs apartment we were suppose to get and the move in special and our apartment was half clean. The only good thing about this place is that it is very quite in the area I live in
