The first week we moved in the hall toilet would not work and the master shower did not work. When you flushed the master bathroom the kitchen flooded with water. Mold was growing in the apartment. Maintence took a few weeks to come out and fix the problems only after we refused to pay rent until it was fixed. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone. Overall the appearance is not very well kept and it is very dark at night.
