Not worth it!!!

Where to begin...

Rent is raised at EVERY opportunity - after a couple of years, you'll be paying MUCH more than you were originally. Sprinklers lead to standing water in the driveway ALL THE TIME. You have to pay for your own water, too! Water payment is averaged over several apartments, so if your neighbor is a water hog YOU end up paying a portion of it. Severe problems with water pipes in complex lead to numerous days without any water. Rent is high for what you get. Cable TV is terrible - no channel selection.
