I read the other comments but I've never had any problems and they're on top of things when I need them to be. Rent is cheap, Neighbors are nice.

I've lived here for about a year. It's been a pretty good place to live, but we are looking to move now that they went up $40 on the price and now want to charge us for our washer & dryer. I could have sworn that they promised us a $100 gas card when we moved in, but they never gave it to us. The stairs are icy and unsafe when it freezes. We've had a few problems with the air conditioning going out in the warmer months. One time it was out for two days. The air ventalation doesn't work well in the smaller bedroom, it's either really cold in there or too hot for our visitors. We might stay here or we may move... still seeing if there is anything for our price range that might be good. Oh, and our neighbors downstairs are students and they like to play their music really loud. They also have contests where they promise money, but don't seem to give out the awards.
