Williams Cove is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. For starters, we were promised alot of things by the management, until the management changed 4 or 5 times. Promises were not odviously kept. We have found feces in the pool while we were swimming there. They refused to change the studio lights (another promise that they made), they also promised us a free movie and dinner when we get someone we referred to sign a lease. We have yet to receive that, and our friend moved out 10 months ago. We had rocks thrown at us by snot-nosed kids, our patio was vandalized, and the management did nothing. They used to have a maintence man we like, named Don. Now he's gone and we can't seem to get any maitence done, and if they do come, they don't "comprende ingles". We live in a 1 bedroom unit and our neighbors have 6 people living in their unit. Isn't that a fire code violation' So if you happen to be in the fire code inspector, feel free to inspect the area. You will be quite amazed on what you would find.
