One bunch of excruciatingly rude leasing office team has replaced equally unnecessarily hostile, combative and intentionally procrastinating team.
The communication skills are at all time low.
There is one Lily--or Lillie......she speaks in phrasal english....her sentences have no subjects and no ends......only the middle........
And ask her something .......
she is at seas and makes no attempt to hide her horrid ignorance, shameless inefficiency and entailing delaying habits.
The staff is 90% hispanic and if you are not one, you feel out of place, immediately .
The rapid fire spanish unsettles every one.
When/If you have their attention you can be interrupted by anyone.
The matter at hand is pushed aside and the mindless interrupter gets the attention.
This rudeness permeats the leasing office.
The new manager, Ida.
the less said the better.
She has no idea what the leasing agents are up to at any time.
"I don't know, I will have to do some research" is her refrain.
Horrible management team.
The corporate office is deaf to any requests too.
They won't return calls, ever.
Never even think of peeing of WILLIAMS COVE OR WOODLAND RIDGE.

It sounds like when looking for an apartment on apartmentratings.com that you must sift through the obviously racist and personal attacks that some people feel necessary to infect. I live at Williams Cove and have never seen any of the problems that are mentioned, ESPECIALLY from Lily. Who is always helpful and goes the extra mile to ensure I am taken care of with any issue that arises. The "rapid fire Spanish" (Whatever that is) is not a problem for those who communicate better in that language. Which is the only time I have ever seen it used. So for someone to say that it unsettles everyone is an obvious exaggeration. And just for the record I am not Hispanic.

I definitely agree with cubby97 and would like to add the point of the person not having enough courage to put any ID on the review. I believe their "superior intelligence" has come across as a real ignorant person who has some serious racial issues. I personally don't live there yet but I have called for information and availability and the team was all very helpful. So grow up. **Also not Hispanic**

My name is Gabriela, I have lived at Williams Cove/Woodland Ridge for about 3 1/2 years. At first, I must admit, I had some issues that were not resolved in a timely matter. No reason for me to make unnecessary racial comments about that management team. That management team was replaced by Ida's new team. Which, personally I have never had any problems with. I can always count on someone to return my phonecalls and resolve and issues I have or have had. "Mr. or Mrs. Anonymous" must have racial issues and he probably found this opportunity to vent. Like Kerry said, that person has no courage to put an ID on their review. I have nothing negative to say about the staff at wiliams cove, they are a diverse team and always find ways to help out residents and future residents.

I just moved in here about 3 months ago and quite shocked at this idiot. When I first walked into the office, they greeted me and made me feel at home. The lady who helped me was Lorrta and she was very helpful and she helped me and my home was perfect. if you get a change you should meet her as she is always the same when i go in there with my family. Very nice and so is the rest of the office.
