I've lived here a short time and already have had problems with the staff.

I am the ideal tenant...

pay on time, no noise, etc.

My brother came to visit me one evening and the next morning his car was towed to Fort Worth! We were charged over $200 by the towing company for his one night stay and when we informed the office they refused to reimburse us for this.

This is because they handed out a flyer that said this was a new policy that was going into affect.

Meanwhile, there is several cars with flat tires and out of date stickers parked just feet away from where my brother's car was parked and they've been sitting there for months! Explain that one.

Also, in our upstairs room it is over 80 degrees every night.

My electric bill is over $500 and all the office said they would do is install a ceiling fan if I paid for it!

In summary, do not move here if you would like an apartment community with a customer service oriented staff.
