i was surprised by reading the ratings here as i have not had no problems that was not fixed. maintennance is great. office staff professional plus i can have refreshments anytime and get a chance to talk to the staff. i have been here for a while and seen changes and for the better i liked living there but have to move out because of financial issues. maybe one day i will get to come back when my situation turns around. it is a very quite place and it is clean. sometimes it makes me mad when i want to sleep in late the landscapers are working outside making noise with equipment.
