Since I have moved in I had a few minor issues that were addressed same day.
The office staff are very friendly, heck they even know my dogs name.
Maintanance is wonderful each time I need something fixed.
Yes, the apartments are a bit older than in Las Colinas or Valley Ranch (Thats where I moved from "The Oaks of Valley Ranch") and had all kinds of problems with the foundation cracks along with noisy floors I could here my neigbor get up and go to the bathroom at 2am.
Here it is quite, and everyone I have met is very friendly.
I give the Management props for keeping up the grounds and keeping noise levels down to where I can get a good night sleep.
Kudos to Williams Cove!! 2 thumbs up in my book and I do plan on renewing my lease when it comes up in April 2008.

I would have to agree here. I too have moved in recently and they are very negotiable to your needs. Although the apartments may need a little more maintenence, they are not run down and management seems willing to satisfy. Hey for the money they charge, you honestly can't complain. I have a friend paying $400 more a month for the same square footage in a slightly better area of Irving (south MacArthur). My recommendation is 4.5.
