STAY AWAY!!!!!

Stay away from this place if you have a choice. I would never move here if I could do it all over again. The office staff is good, nothing bad about any of them. Now let's list the things to look out for. The parking lot is riddled with potholes, their website indicates hardwood floors and microwaves (I was even shown this in the model) but somehow my place has laminate floors and no microwave. Some residents like to let their children (and it seems that everyone has at least 2 or 3) run wild at all times of day or night. There are constantly shady characters walking the grounds especially at night. I have had to call the police to get some teens who were making racket to leave the premises late at night on more than one occasion. Your entire apartment vibrates whenever the air conditioner turns on (I don't know about the heater yet since it is 80 degrees in my apartment when it's 65 degrees outside). I have had a constant wasp problem ever since I moved in. I could go on, but I think you get the picture.

This guy is ridiculous. Yes there are pot holes but they said that they are getting bids to fix it. and they do tell you that they have some upgraded apartments, but not all of them are upgraded. if you wanted that kind of apartment you can just go to some of the apartments that cost 1500-2000 dollars a month in Las Colinas. Most of the kids that are running around do not live here and they try to catch them and kick them out, but it is a big complex. the new gate system will fix that. The shady people walking around....you mean like the people walking their dogs or going for a nice evening walk???????? You obviously are just looking for an apartment that is mega high end with out the price and when you can't get it you complain and give the apartment a bad name. That my friend would be what is called a cheap skate.

I agree with the last persons response, office staff are very nice. Yes, the apartments are old but well maintained. I have spoken with Ida about the pothole issue and she has informed me that they are in the process of getting bids and I know because I am in construction that process takes time.
I was told when I leased the apartment that I had an option to pay the upgraded price if I wanted hard wood floors and a microwave. I declined because I was trying to save money. Sounds like the guy who posted the original comment is a very unhappy resident who needs to get a life or move into a house if you don't want the hassle.
But be warned that homeownership is not all its cut out to be. Been there done that.
