the best thing i can say is maintenance request are done within 24 hours. the office staff is very rude and unprofessional, except a manager named Roxanne, but she left the company. It took them 90 days to return my security deposit, and the only reason I finally received it was because I send a certified legal letter demanding my check within 10 days.( Taa lease says owner's have 30 days after move out to give back deposit or send a damage report) I have always paid rent on time, and I feel that they should treat responsible residents with more professionalism. Myself and 4 other neighbors had to constantly call the police on an apartment for domestic abuse ( they would fight outside and inside of apartment you could hear them 150 feet away) the office staff did nothing until I sent a certified letter to the corporate office demanding something to be done, and they just moved the couple to the other end of property. I have seen drug activity on the property, and I would not walk at night, another issue I had to send a certified letter to corporate office demanding something be done. There is a lack of problem solving, so if you decide to live at william's cove, make sure you have the time, patience, and energy to write letters, because the staff could care less!!!!( they dont live on property to see the problems that need to be addressed)
