Poor Security,High Car Theft!!,Very Unclean From: mistalova Date posted: 9/8/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   We moved into these apartments the last week of october 2002, it was plesant at first and the rates were great, until only a week later there was an attempt theft on my vehicle, a week later my roomate and his friend got their cars broken into(2 week gap between each other), keep in mind i have heard of other residents expieriencing multiple break-ins, all this took place within a month of our first break in, there is a security gate with card swipers in the front entrance but is and has been out of service for who knows how long, the mail boxes are handled so poorly and letters are unorganized, there are stray animals everywhere(wild cats and full-sized dogs), the office staff is made up of slackers who take their jobs so unprofessionaly, the carpet is so cheap as well as a disturbing collection of wild lizards on the stairways and doors of the apartment entrances,i would not recommend this property to anyone unless they enjoy a run down south central feel with a decent look but run down interior, beware please, we have been here almost a year and are working very hard and quickly to move out ASAP!!!!
