Rats, Poor Security, etc... From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/13/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I lived at this place while I was in college. It served its purpose but during that time there I had many problems. When I moved in there were holes in the wall that NEVER got fixed even though I put it on the form that there was a hole in the wall. Rats came out from under the sink. No Pest Control ever came to my apartment. Well maybe ONCE in the 3 years I lived there. Everything in the apartment seemed to break all the time. People come in and out of your apartment without notice. I paid my rent as usual and then 15 days later was told my check had bounced which I checked with the bank and it didnt. So I was not allowed to write checks there becuase of there mistakes. On top of that I owed late charges for the mistake their WONDERFUL management team made!!! Don't move there. They let anyone move in and it shows. It used to look nice but it went downhill quickly. The tenants dont respect you or your property. Many times have the IPD been to file a report for a tenant that damaged my car. Fire department was always there. It was just a horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
