Lived in this complex for 5 years, from 1998 through 2003. Overall, have loved the place.

Attractive complex in a well maintained part of town. Lots of nice "free" extras like a 24 hr exercise/weight room with a few machines, treadmills, and some free weights; saunas in the exercise facility; 3 different pools inclusing a lap pool; hot tubs; volley ball court; free newspapers and movie rental at the office; etc. Staff and management has always been extremely friendly and accomodating.

The biggest problem I've seen is the maintenance. The "first responder" to a maintenance request invariably seems to be someone from the office who doesn't know much about fixing things. In the handful of times that I've requested that something be fixed over the past 5 years, I have usually had to have them come back out at least once (& sometimes more often) to get the job done right. On the other hand, the service people have always been courteous, and they have also always been extremely prompt to respond to any maintenance needs. In many cases they showed up to fix the problem the same day that I reported it.

Parking is tight for visitors. But on the plus side for resident parking, every apartment includes an attached single car garage that includes some closet storage space.
