This complex will give you wonderful deals to get you moved in...but watch out...you're stuck after that. They go up on your rent EVERY RENEWAL (more than 3%) and believe me, the rent is already high enough even being given a special! Having to deal with those clueless staff members in the office, is enough to make you want to move. If the owners could find someway to ditch everyone in the office, except for Sylvia,(make her the manager), then maybe this place might turn into a property people would actually enjoy coming home to. If you live upstairs, beware of extremely high utility bills and very poor insulation. You can hardly keep an upstairs unit cool and still feed your family. If the complex looked as great as the main office, we would all be happy! You can find much better value for your money at several locations nearby if you take the time to do your research! Oh yeah, this is also the perfect place to live if you enjoy silverfish in every single cabinet!

What's the deal here with silverfish? Do they honestly not maintain the bug problem? I was thinking of moving in here but this makes me not want to.

Haven't ahd any bug problems, but would definitely agree with the problematic and uncooperative staff (except Sylvia). She is great, but doesn't have the authority to make key decisions. The owners (Sentinel) has a local district office and the corporate office is in NY. Call them if you're not getting results!

Your right on target with the electric bill. they may have offered "Free Cable" but cooling my apartment was always over $200.00. I had to get a part time job for the summer months.
